Communicating well is a key part of getting research funded, carried out, and its findings adopted by others.
Our research communications team provides support to help you share your work with a wide range of audiences, while our university-hospital partnerships support effective publication of your research findings.
Statement and acknowledgement
When communicating your research through research publications, conference posters or presentations or via other means, it is important to include full and accurate attribution to the organisations that fund and support the underpinning research, so they can be reported to funders and beyond.
Future funding, investment, and the academic and clinical reputation of individuals and their institutions, is heavily dependent on such reports, making accurate affiliations and acknowledgements critical. As such, we request that you use the following statements and logos.
Statement (including funder and disclaimer)

Acknowledgement only (for use within a broader set of acknowledgements/disclaimers)

Supported by the NIHR

This logo is available in various formats such as image file (.jpg and .png) and vector file (.eps) and can be downloaded here.
Further advice on how to use this logo alongside other partners can be found on the NIHR communications pages – simply scroll down the page to ‘Partners’.
